What to expect from your delivery experience?
Check your delivery service to see how we communicate your delivery to you once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and how to track or rearrange your delivery below. You will receive SMS notifications if you have entered your mobile number at checkout.
With all deliveries, you will receive a tracking link in your dispatch email where you can access to all of the options listed below. Or simply, click the link on our track your order page.
2-4 working days
UK Standard delivery to Wales, Scotland, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland takes up to 7 working days. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
What happens if I’m not in to receive my delivery?
If unable to deliver the courier will leave a card at your address to inform you; where to collect your parcel if left with a neighbour, or asking you to rearrange the delivery date.
After three delivery attempts your order will be returned to Inside Story and your payment card refunded. It may take up to 21 days for your bank to credit your account.
If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer a refund.
We do not deliver to university addresses
UK Express Delivery and Saturday unavailable for delivery to the Hebrides, Orkneys, Shetlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, selected mainland Highlands locations and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these locations will be sent as standard delivery.
Please be advised that when ordering to a business address, the driver will only be able to deliver up to the first floor.
